During my career in public relations and media, my clients would always tell me that while TV appearances, articles, and other earned media were great, it was podcast interviews that meant the most to their businesses (and they were the most fun). That was my light bulb moment, and I founded Podcast Ally in 2019.
After five years, we’ve booked thousands of interviews that have led to selling books, generating speaking appearances, strategic partnerships, new hires, and so much more.

I started hosting and producing my first podcast in 2017, and I was forever hooked with this industry. After leaving my digital marketing job of 12 years in 2019, I founded Earfluence, a full-service podcast production company based in Raleigh, NC. Over the years, we’ve produced thousands of interviews – and seen first-hand what an impact podcast guesting can have. Now, as CEO of Podcast Ally, I’m excited to work with this team to build the most powerful podcast agency for our clients.
